We wanted to thank you for introducing us to your point-of-use technology. As a high security facility, our bottled water provider had clearance to the receiving area only. We had an entire rack dedicated to bottled water storage, and one of our staff members had the assignment of delivering individual bottles and stocking the 15 bottled water coolers throughout our facility. The Purologix bottleless coolers have completely eliminated the labor responsibility of managing bottled water at our site. The systems have improved water quality, safety, and security. We moved into our home in November 2004. Within the 1st year we began having problems with our water smell, pressure, flow, staining and taste. The builder had the plumber come out to only place air in the line, which we did not realize, was only a quick temporary fix and caused a long term problem. Within the next year we were again having the same problems, and they have gradually intensified. We recently got fed up with the problem and had a plumber come out to check the pipes and they were completely filled with rust clogging the pipes. As it turns out, by introducing air into the line, the chemical composition of the water changed, causing the increase in rust buildup in our pipes. The plumber recommended that we contact someone to look at our filtration system; due to the quality of water and the low grade softener systems installed in all the homes in our neighborhood.
Prior to having the Purologix system installed, we didn’t have enough water flowing to brush our teeth while the shower was running. We are so grateful for the thorough explanation of our current water system, the analysis performed and the efficient manner in which the new system was installed by Purologix. We have had the new water system for approximately a month and it has increased our water pressure and flow 500% and the taste is great! Now, it no longer takes our washing machine 30 minutes to fill with water and we can have water flowing to the shower, washing machine, and sinks, all at the same time, with excellent water pressure for all. Now that we are in our new home for 6 months, I wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with the systems your company specified and installed. They have been 100% reliable, very low maintenance, and have given us the best-in-class water treatment that we desired. They have been the best systems of any that were put in as part of our home's electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
Our community well water, as it arrives at our home, is full of bad chemicals for our family - especially our young daughter and our grand-children. It also is water that includes deposits that would harm our plumbing systems over time. The water softening and filtration system that you specified and installed is performing brilliantly. We have outstanding water pressure coming out of the system - which is an issue we have had with other systems we have had in previous homes - and we love the quality of our water. It tastes great, it is leaving no residue in our plumbing fixtures, and we use significantly less detergents and soaps. Also, the system is so efficient that after 6 months we have not had to add any salt and it appears we will not have to add any for at least 6 more months - amazing! We have had systems in the past that needed salt added every month!
The other system that you specified and installed is the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water and ice makers. You designed us the ideal mix of a centralized system for our multiple refrigerators and ice maker, combined with under sink systems for our various drinking water locations. The RO water is the best tasting water we have ever had (the ice too!) and its' purity for our family is a joy. There is lots of bad press coming out about plastic bottled water, so we are pleased our children and grand-children are drinking this pure, healthy water. Plus, they drink a lot more water because it tastes so good! These RO systems have also exceeded our expectations for efficient and trouble-free operation.

Jay, my husband, refuses to drink tap water. He complains about the taste and smell of tap water everywhere! Not just Raleigh. So, we are always buying bottled water for him. I on the other hand, must be hardcore when it comes to water. I don't even have to have a lemon and have always thought this water thing was all in my husband's head. Although, it is interesting that in the past 5 years almost every restaurant serves water with lemon. Why would they do that? Lemons are not cheap and it lowers their net profits. Hmmm? Something to think about.
Your demonstration was impressive with the little soap bubbles. But when you started making all the promises of the huge difference it would make in my skin and hair, food would taste better, and appliances such as the water heater and dishwasher would last longer and I wouldn't need rinse aid, I was thinking… yeah, yeah right. I am 50 years old and a female. I rarely have a good hair day and my skin…well it's getting old. What can I say? ------- You also told us we wouldn't need as much coffee, tea or spices to flavor the food because food is working so hard to cover up the bad water. My husband thinks he is Mr. Gourmet in the kitchen and he loves his coffee beans so you had his full attention with that one. But your clincher was when my husband heard you say the shower door would not water spot. At the moment he gave me the look. The one that husband and wives give each other that says we need to buy this. He didn't care that the toilets would never have pink algae growing in them but when you freed him from the shower glass squeegee you found the right hot button and had a sale.
I want you to know that I LOVE your water system. There truly is a huge difference. Which really concerns me as to what we have been drinking, bathing and cooking with for all these years? There are so many strange health issues, miscarriages and women who can't get pregnant today that I have always wondered if it was caused by the food additives and environment. But now I wonder if it is the water.
The absolute most amazing story about your water concerns my dog Bandit. You have to be a dog lover to appreciate this story. To me, Bandit is the cutest, most wonderful dog in the world. He has been my baby and a complete joy in our life the past two years. He is spoiled rotten and I can't believe how insanely crazy my husband and I am over a dog. More importantly, I can't believe I lived half of my life with out one. It is romantic love 24/7 when you have a dog running to great you each day and I wish everyone could experience the love a dog brings into a home. Ok enough of that--You get the picture… I bought a one of a kind, recirculation water bowl for Bandit, in an art store, that an artist in California created. It was one of those shopping finds that you proudly rush home to show your husband your new treasure. My husband, who is very witty and never misses an opportunity to use it said: Oh Linda, with a big smile on his face….you paid how much for a dog bowl…I don't ever want to hear you complain about how much I spend on golf again. (Of course I still do because my dog bowl is probably going up in value. His golf game-Well let's just say he has a lot of fun)
Bandit used his new bowl for only one week, with city water, and I noticed some things floating in his water. I dumped the water out and there was a thick, really thick, mucus, slimy, horrible, gross, something, covering the entire bowl and inside the pump! I thought: oh my gosh, what am I doing to my poor dog and what is in our water?!! Now that I have your system, I have used the bowl for two months and there is nothing but clear, clean water in that bowl. I told my vet about it and she said that dogs are made up of mostly water just like humans and there have been studies that dogs that are given pure water live longer and have less health problems. I thought you should know if you had told me this fact in your presentation, I would have paid more for your system. Ha.
My skin is not flaking off my body any longer. My curl is lasting all day, my husband is happy, life is good. Thanks for introducing me to this system. It is worth every penny and I will highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Purologix was prompt to respond to my Service Magic request. We met in person within a day and I was able to get all my questions answered so I felt good about the decision I had made.
