We use this information to send conversational and informational text messages related to your requested services, including appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, service coordination, estimate notifications, invoice notifications, and customer support. Carriers and A2P registration providers expect businesses to clearly describe what information is collected, how it is used, and how users can opt out.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Dialpad’s registration guidance says the webform collecting phone numbers should include the brand name, a privacy policy link, and an SMS consent disclosure with a checkbox.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We record and maintain SMS consent in our customer database and related business systems so we can document how consent was obtained. Industry guidance for A2P campaigns requires consent before texting and clear opt-out support.

Dialpad and Twilio both state that campaigns can be rejected if the privacy policy allows sharing personal data with third parties for marketing, and they specifically call for a carve-out making clear that mobile information is not shared, sold, or bought for marketing/promotional purposes.
